Job Description
The Materials Replenishment Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of support duties within the logistics environment, with a primary focus on ensuring timely and accurate material replenishment to the production floor. This role directly supports production by maintaining inventory levels based on systematic min/max triggers and ensuring materials are available when needed to prevent workflow interruptions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform material replenishment activities by monitoring min/max levels and delivering required components to the production floor.
- Handle materials through physical and administrative tasks, including packing, storing, staging, and distributing parts and supplies.
- Support inventory management efforts, including conducting cycle counts, reconciling variances, and ensuring proper material storage practices.
- Utilize SAP for basic transactions, including data entry, material movements, and corrections, with a focus on accuracy.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics function to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and workflow.
- Collaborate closely with production and logistics team members to ensure smooth material flow and resolve replenishment issues proactively.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and storing materials.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
No prior experience required. Training provided.
Bonus:
- Experience in material handling, warehouse operations, or production support.
- Basic familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems (training provided).
Additional Details
This job has a full time weekly schedule. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least March 26, 2026 or until the job is no longer posted.The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $20.00 - $29.09/hr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
