How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:
- Perform testing, validation, troubleshooting, and manufacturing processes in concert with design engineers
- Take part in fabrication activates for lift prop manufacturing
- Build cool things! We are all passionate makers and builders
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or a degree in a related field is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Hands on fabrication of hardware
- Process tracking of manufacturing workflows
Above and Beyond Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical subject area
- Background in aerospace industry applications
- Mechanical experience, including familiarity with A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) practices or similar hands-on technical skills

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, toxic, or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock, and explosives. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, however, in some instances, this job may require work in areas where ear protection is necessary.
