Job Summary:

As we continue to scale one of the fastest growing apparel brands, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary HR Data Extraction Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role will primarily focus on accurately and efficiently extracting, compiling, and organizing data from our HR databases and systems to support various HR initiatives and reporting needs. This is a temporary position for approximately six months with the potential for extension based on project needs.

Starting pay will range from $23-27 per hour based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract data from the company's Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and other HR-related databases.
  • Create custom queries to pull specific datasets based on requested criteria.
  • Compile and organize extracted data into meaningful reports, spreadsheets, or other formats, using tools like Microsoft Suite.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of extracted and organized data.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors.
  • Assist with data auditing and cleansing projects to improve data quality.
  • Respond to requests for employee data and information in a timely and confidential manner.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and reporting systems as needed to ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members and departments to understand data requirements and deliver relevant information.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee and company data.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required: some college coursework in Human Resources, Data Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Understanding of HR concepts and data.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS and other HR-related software applications preferred.
  • Experience with database extraction, entry, and data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in a data entry, data management, or HR administration role preferred.
