Job Summary:

As we continue to scale one of the fastest growing apparel brands, we are seeking a Designer to be a member of our in-house creative team, responsible for designing and executing high-quality marketing assets across all our channels. You will work closely with the Lead Designer and broader marketing team to translate brand objectives into visually compelling work that supports campaigns, storytelling, and customer engagement, while maintaining consistency with our brand identity.

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative designer with strong visual eye and technical skills. Your portfolio should demonstrate versatility, quality, and your approach to design.

The salary for this role ranges from $70,000-$78,000 annually, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute marketing assets for digital, print, and retail campaigns in line with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the creative team and marketing stakeholders to implement campaign materials and updates.
  • Receive and apply feedback consistently to maintain high standards across projects.
  • Present work to stakeholders clearly to ensure alignment and final approval.
  • Assist with photoshoot production and asset preparation when needed.
  • Contribute ideas and participate actively in team meetings and design reviews.
  • Follow and support established design processes and workflows.
  • Stay up to date on design tools, trends, and industry standards to support the team's creative output.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6+ years professional design experience in digital, print, or integrated marketing.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, quality, versatility, and technical proficiency.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Figma and animation/motion experience a plus.
  • Solid understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and branding principles.
  • Basic experience designing digital, ecommerce, email, and CMS platforms (Shopify experience preferred).
  • Basic experience with wireframing UX principles and web accessibility standards.
  • Ability to translate marketing requirements into visually effective designs.
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player who communicates effectively and contributes positively to team culture.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with workflow tools like Asana, Microsoft Suite, and Dropbox.
  • Proficiency with Mac OSX and ability to work in a data-informed creative environment.
  • Passion for working in a value-driven company and supporting the company's culture.

Working Conditions:

  • Office Environment – some exposure to manufacturing environment
  • Hybrid schedule – ability to be on site at least 3 days a week
  • Flexible nature to manage competing and changing priorities
  • Occasional travel on as needed basis
