Job Summary:

As we continue to scale one of the fastest growing apparel brands, we are seeking a Credit Analyst to join our Cash and Credit team and play a critical role in safeguarding the company’s cash flow by evaluating customer creditworthiness, monitoring account risk, and supporting the Accounts Receivable team in maintaining a healthy receivables portfolio. Reporting directly to the Cash and Credit Supervisor, this position analyzes financial data, establishes credit limits, manages credit holds, and partners closely with Sales and Dealer Service to ensure timely and accurate credit decisions.

The ideal candidate will have accounts receivable experience in a B2B environment, familiarity with credit bureaus and trade credit tools and knowledge of credit risks in our industry. We are looking for someone who can help ensure we are mitigating risks and exposure with credit decisions and take a proactive approach at identifying any at-risk accounts before they become delinquent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New dealer set up- process applications, perform credit evaluation to set limits and terms
  • Risk Assessment and Account Monitoring
  • Process credit references
  • Manage trade insurance policies for both domestic and international customers
  • Coordinate credit review process monthly
  • Monitor credit stops and release orders for customers with terms
  • Maintain reporting for SICA and Riemer
  • Maintain Dun & Bradstreet portfolio

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years of experience in credit analysis, accounts receivable, or financial analysis.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, credit scoring, and risk assessment.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain credit decisions to both internal teams and customers.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with customers and other departments
