Compensation includes a base salary of $108,800.00 - $181,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Job Description

Lead Product Owner

That’s why we’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Lead Product Owner with Cox Automotive to build and guide a team focused on ensuring the stability and operational excellence of our Quote to Cash platform. In this role, you’ll drive cross-functional collaboration, lead root cause analysis efforts, and optimize workflows to support business-critical processes.

What You’ll Do

In a nutshell, you’ll lead a team dedicated to maintaining and improving the Quote to Cash platform, ensuring seamless execution and operational excellence. You will:

  • Build and lead a cross-functional team focused on platform stability and performance.

  • Oversee the full Quote to Cash workflow, ensuring smooth execution across all stages.

  • Manage the Problem Report and Bug (PRB) lifecycle, including:

    • Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

    • Prioritization and grooming

    • Acceptance and monitoring

    • SOP development and adherence

    • Execution of operational data corrections

  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to drive resolution and continuous improvement.

  • Develop and maintain metrics and reporting frameworks to track performance and identify areas for enhancement.

Who You Are

You’re a strategic thinker and operational leader with a passion for solving complex problems and driving results. Here’s the type of skills and experience that’ll make you stand out:

Minimum:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 4 years of experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years of experience in a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of RCA methodologies and agile workflows.

  • Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and related integrations (e.g., ERP, billing).

  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist or Consultant.

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
