Hourly base pay rate is $17.74 - $26.59/hour. What You’ll Do
You will work with drivers, customers and service providers to handle large-scale maintenance and repairs. You will:
- Manage the day-to-day operational needs of any major events, including high dollar-amount repair approvals and serious situations such as accidents, police impounds and more.
- Ensure timely response for repairs and that any other customer instructions for equipment are handled promptly.
- Ensure estimates are handled accurately.
- Communicate directly and effectively with customers, drivers, service providers and coworkers.
- Ensure customer protocol is being followed at the highest possible level.
- Ensure correct billing is selected and communicated with service provider.
Who You Are
You’re a skilled multitasker and problem-solver who is eager to make an impact. Here’s what else we’re looking for:
- High school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as an advanced degree or certification in a related discipline or 5 years of experience in a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in previous role as a dispatcher.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for data entry, word processing and email.
- Great communication skills by phone, email and in person.
- Ability to handle multiple, high-priority projects.
