Job Overview:

G.S. Precision Coatings is looking for a highly motivated, creative, detail-oriented masking technician. This individual will be joining a team of masking professionals to use customer and company blueprints to mask and plug critical components for chemical coating and processing. We are looking for a quick-learning team member to help create quality, high standard parts for the defense, aerospace, medical, and commercial industries.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Precisely apply adhesive, tape, and plug masking techniques to critical production components in preparation for coating processes.
• Interpret and analyze customer drawings and blueprints to identify specific masking requirements.
• Operate advanced automatic laser and cutting equipment for precise, fine-detail masking preparation.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to inspect, evaluate, and refine your own work for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with the team to improve work methods and contribute to the development of clear, effective written instructions.

Job Specifications:
