The Job

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Part-Time Contract Full Stack Software Engineer with a strong sense of product vision to join our team. This is a hands-on technical role with a focus on quick iteration and continuous improvement.

This contract position is a high-growth opportunity for a motivated individual. We expect the candidate hired to be comfortable transitioning into a VP or Director-level leadership position as the company grows and their role expands.

What You’ll Do

-Feature development across the full stack, from concept to deployment.

-Perform timely bug fixes and efficiently manage responses to incoming customer requests and technical issues.

-Contribute to UI/UX work, ensuring our platform is intuitive, accessible, and high-performing.

-Manage and optimize the database to maintain platform stability and scalability.

-Execute and expand platform testing to ensure performance across all features.

You:

-Proven ability to work comfortably across an entire application stack.

-Core Technical Proficiency and Experience in:

-TypeScript

-Next.js (or similar React frameworks)

-Tailwind CSS

-PostgreSQL

-Familiarity with consuming and designing API’s.

-A proven ability to work quickly, push features rapidly, and embody a strong product-focused mindset.

-Comfortable with the use and development of features utilizing Agentic AI.

-Previous experience working with e-commerce, donation, or fundraising platforms.

-A demonstrable passion for helping nonprofits and building technology specifically to contribute to social good.

As an independent contractor (1099), this role is compensated on an hourly basis and is not eligible for employee benefits, such as health insurance, paid time off, or equity.
