Greensea has a defense product portfolio focused in Mine Countermeasures, Explosive Ordnance Disposal, and Special Operations. Since 2017, we have pioneered the use of autonomous robots and artificial intelligence to create scale and safety in ocean warfare while protecting the warfighter.

Greensea’s emerging EverClean product transitions defense technology to the commercial sector to create high impact and achieve significant growth within a large market.

EverClean uses autonomous underwater robots to keep the hulls of ships clean, allowing ships to perform optimally. This Robot-As-A-Service business provides significant fuel savings, carbon emissions reductions, and increased vessel performance through a simple subscription program.

Job Description

The Product Manager, EverClean Technology, owns the hardware and software used in the deployment of the EverClean system. The role aligns business and technical stakeholders around a clear product vision, manages product planning and backlog prioritization, and ensures a consistent end-to-end customer experience. This position reports to the Director of Product and works closely with the VP of Technology and leaders across Production, Engineering, and Field Service to define and execute the technology strategy supporting EverClean’s growth.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate development across software and hardware to ensure cohesive product outcomes.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Performance and Field Service leadership to define technology strategy and investment priorities.
  • Drive exploration, evaluation, and delivery of new hardware and software capabilities that expand EverClean’s effectiveness and scalability.
  • Translate market needs, customer requirements, and business objectives into prioritized product initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a clear product vision and multi-year roadmap aligned with commercial goals.
  • Monitor program risks, manage trade-offs, and maintain alignment across teams and
  • stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain internal and external product documentation, including operator, production, and maintenance materials.
  • All other responsibilities as reasonably assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field, or equal, relevant experience.
  • 5+ years managing both hardware and software products, preferably in robotics, automation, or related domains.
  • Experience building or maturing product development functions or processes.
  • Strong skills in roadmap development, requirement definition, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Ability to balance near-term execution with long-term strategic thinking.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing, supply chain, or field operations environments is a plus
