We’re looking for an Implementation Specialist who can serve as a trusted advisor during the critical onboarding phase. You’ll translate complex software into practical, real‑world workflows and make sure every customer starts strong. You’ll spend your time: Guiding customers through setup and training via video conference and occasionally in person Learning the ins and outs of our products until you’re a true expert Understanding how waste hauling businesses operate and how our software can help streamline their operations Adapting your style to each learner’s technical proficiency and comfort level Creating and improving training materials, lesson plans, and best practice guides Troubleshooting issues and collaborating with Technical Support to resolve them You could be a great fit if you: Love helping people learn Pick up new software quickly Communicate clearly and confidently, especially when explaining technical concepts to non-technical users Stay patient, curious, and adaptable Enjoy solving problems Have a solid understanding of Windows, Office, browsers, and business software applications Have experience in training, instructional design, or customer enablement Work and play well with others This is an exciting time to be a part of the Ivy team. After the initial training period, Fridays are optional work-from-home days as the needs of the position permit. Pay & Benefits Pay starts at $28-30/hour, depending on experience.
