Ivy Computer, Inc. was founded in 1986 in Lima, Ohio, by George Pierce. Established originally as a custom software house, Ivy developed software for industries ranging from fire departments to the world's largest pork rind manufacturer. Ivy has also developed several packaged software products. Some were very successful; others were not. Trash Flow, developed in 1989, is among Ivy's most successful products, as it leads its industry. Ivy also provides web design support services to many organizations.
