The Role
The Account General Manager is an integral part of our Go-to-Market team. As an orchestrator both internally and externally of the client experience, they are responsible and accountable for retention, customer satisfaction, Expansion identification, revenue growth Y/O/Y and maintaining a healthy P&L within their assignment. The Account General Manager is truly a cross-collaboration partner that touches every department across NuHarbor.
What you’ll do

- Drives successful outcomes, helping clients achieve maximum value from their NuHarbor investment resulting in long-term loyalty.
- Builds and maintain strong relationships with clients, including executives, IT leaders and security professionals.
- Grows revenue within the assignment year over year.
- Partners with several departments to ensure both delivery success and conversion of bookings into revenue for the business.
- Understands the competitive landscape and clients’ needs and priorities to optimize their utilization of the NuHarbor portfolio to improve their security posture.
- Accurately forecasts revenue quarterly and yearly for AOP (identifying risk accounts and expansion account targets).
- Analyzes multiple market factors to anticipate and identify customer problems/needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintains knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals and technical proficiency in order to provide strategic recommendations aligned to our services.
Your foundation. The requirements for this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field and Five (5) or more years of demonstrated success in customer success or sales in a software services or professional services business.
- In lieu of a degree, two (2) years of experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated success gaining credibility and trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively translate organizational business requirements into plans that deliver success.
- Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with clients and an internal, cross-functional client team.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills and ability to adjust messaging to different audiences.
- Experience leading and facilitating meetings both internally and externally.
- Must be a citizen of the United States.
Additional capabilities that will differentiate you for this role:
- 4+ years of experience in full cycle solution selling in cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Profit and Loss (P&L) management and contributing to revenue growth initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in both the enterprise and SLED spaces.
- Intermediate level HubSpot experience.
Base Salary for this role is targeted at $100,000 - $120,000 with an OTE of $150,000 - $180,000. *Salary based on Burlington, VT salary data. Offer is based on candidate geography. Additionally, this role is eligible for the company bonus plan at a 10% target.
