As a Sales Operations Specialist at OnLogic, you will be a strategic partner to the Sales team, focused on maximizing sales efficiency and driving revenue growth. This is achieved by designing, implementing, and continuously improving the processes, tools, and resources necessary for daily sales operations. This role focuses on optimizing the sales technology stack, ensuring data integrity, and providing actionable performance analysis, while also managing essential customer onboarding and custom projects. In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement of critical sales workflows (e.g., quoting, order processing, lead time management) to maximize efficiency, streamline operations, and accelerate revenue growth.
- Project Management: Coordinate and oversee custom projects and professional services throughout the sales lifecycle, partnering with sales teams, engineers, and clients to ensure successful delivery.
- CRM and Tech Stack Management: Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (HubSpot) and ERP (Odoo) to ensure data accuracy, support reporting needs, and streamline sales activities. Support the sales technology stack, ensuring the sales team has the necessary resources to perform effectively.
- Sales Enablement & Support: Provide training and support to sales personnel on new processes, sales tools, and CRM usage to ensure compliance and adoption.
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Best Practices: Create and maintain documentation for sales processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Work closely with sales leadership
- Reporting and Metrics: Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales operations, help develop insightful dashboards, and pinpoint areas for process enhancement.

Our Sales team is made up of a range of highly-impactful roles, with opportunities to demonstrate great sales leadership and customer service at every stage of the sales cycle. Our sales roles include:
- Acquisition Team: Strategic Account Managers and Business Development Managers focused on prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals with new customers.
- Inside Sales Team: Strategic Account Managers and Technical Sales maintain our inbound lead engine as a cornerstone of sustained growth through lead qualification, customer retention, and funnel management.
- Enterprise Accounts Team: Strategic Account Managers manage and grow key strategic accounts with complex solution selling and executive relationship management.
- Sales Operations: Process driven leaders who optimize our workflows and data driven approach in a rapidly scaling organization.

- 2-4 years of prior experience in sales operations, business operations, and/or project management
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience working with a CRM (HubSpot) and an ERP system.
- A strong sense of individual accountability, ownership, and a desire to contribute to a rapidly growing business.
- Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
