Summary

Park Software Inc is a fast-growing startup company in the campground reservation industry. We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to close, onboard, train, and support our customers. This is a full-cycle position, and will entail aspects of both sales and customer support. Work is carried out remotely, with client communications hosted via web conference, email, and phone.

Responsibilities

  • Run sales demos for prospective clients. Learn the capabilities of our software so that you can accurately answer questions and inform prospective parks about our program.
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding and training process. Work with your clients to gather information about their business, discuss solutions to their unique challenges, and train them in how to use our software.
  • Continue to support existing clients. Questions, requests, and bug reports are submitted frequently by our existing clients. Work with a small team of other account managers to respond to these communications. Serve as an ambassador between clients and developers.
  • Attend industry conferences and company offsites. Park occasionally travels to conventions to promote our software, and we host a once-annual company offsite to bring our global team together in one place.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales or account management preferred.
  • Technically adept. Qualified candidates must be prepared to learn new software.
  • People skills. Qualified candidates will be personable, patient, and be prepared to work with the wide variety of clients we support.
  • Communicative. Qualified candidates will maintain consistent communications, both externally with their clients, and internally with other team members.
  • Detail-oriented and dependable.
