Select is hiring a Project Manager to join our Finance team. You’ll be the link between Finance, Product, and Client Services—owning invoicing, keeping up with accounts receivable, and ensuring projects run smoothly. It’s a fast-paced role where organization, accuracy, and problem-solving matter most.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project invoicing and accounts receivable.

• Track project costs and expected margins.

• Support client accounts with reporting and ad-hoc financial tasks.

• Collaborate across teams (Finance, Product, Client Services, Creative, Production).

• Provide support to Logistics through a finance lens.

• Spot opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle priorities.

• Proactive, “get-it-done” attitude.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Some accounting/finance knowledge is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
