What You’ll Do
Identify and cultivate new engagement opportunities within existing client partnerships.
Prospect, target, and close new business opportunities within those clients.
Build client growth plans to utilize our full suite of services.
Partner cross-functionally with Accounts, Creative, Product, Technology, and Finance teams to deliver outstanding client experiences.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within an agency
A collaborative sales philosophy that aligns with a team-based approach to growth.
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously.
Self-motivation paired with a strong appreciation for feedback and teamwork.
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Clear, proactive communication skills.
