Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced foreman to join our construction team. As a project foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and in-depth knowledge of construction management software.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards

- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues or delays, and ensure compliance with safety regulations (OSHA)

- Review and interpret blueprints and construction drawings

- Collaborate with the estimating team to develop accurate project bids

- Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest level of workmanship

- Track project milestones, communicate with team members, and manage documentation

Requirements:

- Proven experience in construction project management

- Strong knowledge of budgeting and cost control principles

- Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
