Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Residential Construction Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Construction Estimating with a focus on residential construction, along with a strong sales background. If you are passionate about delivering excellence, possess technical expertise in construction solutions, and thrive in a dynamic work environment, we want to hear from you!

Duties:

• Generate detailed cost-analysis and scope of work estimates for residential construction projects
• Collaborate with Operations Team, Customers, and Manufacturers to provide timely estimates
• Review existing drawings and obtain quotes from vendors
• Assemble and submit submittal packages when required
• Meet with clients, understand their needs, and offer solutions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of residential construction experience
• Experience in sales
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical aspects of construction projects to customers
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record
• Basic computer skills
• Able to pass a background check

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
