About us
Vermont Construction Company is one of Vermont's fastest growing business. We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities, as well as coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines.
- Manage project resources and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and report to stakeholders.
- Identify and manage risks associated with the project.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure successful completion of the project.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure expectations are met.
- Lead team meetings and provide guidance to team members.
- Ensure quality control of deliverables.
