ROOFING SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER Vermont Construction Company

Vermont Construction Company is seeking a Roofing Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. As a leader in Vermont's construction industry, we're looking for a motivated professional to drive our roofing division's sales growth while maintaining our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Position Overview: The Roofing Sales Account Manager will be responsible for closing sales leads, new business relationships, managing existing client accounts, and serving as the primary liaison between customers and our scheduling teams. This role requires a blend of sales expertise and exceptional customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop qualified leads through to sales
• Conduct thorough roof inspections and provide detailed estimates for residential projects
• Prepare and present professional proposals and contracts
• Provide ongoing account management and customer support throughout project lifecycle

Required Qualifications:

• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and managing client relationships
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Valid Vermont driver's license
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Roofing sales experience or equivalent construction industry sales background

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
