By integrating with our client’s business management systems, Widewail invites our client’s customers to review their recent experience, then monitors and responds to reviews on behalf of the businesses. These responses are expertly crafted to include key content that attracts new customers and improves overall local search rankings. By further collaborating with our clients, Widewail ensures that responses to negative reviews successfully address the customer’s feedback while encapsulating the client’s voice. Our client base is growing fast and we are looking for additional team members to help us meet our growing demand by expanding our current product offerings and bringing new products to market.
Review Response Specialist Overview:
We are looking for a Review Response Specialist to craft thoughtful, professional, and SEO-conscious responses to online reviews, social media comments, and Google Questions for local businesses across the United States. You’ll serve as the voice of our clients, helping to protect and enhance their online reputation.
This role is ideal for someone who is a skilled communicator, digitally savvy, and comfortable working independently. You’ll be part of a team, but much of the day-to-day work will be self-directed and deadline-driven.
Responsibilities:
- Online review response with SEO focus on sites including but not limited to Google, Facebook, DealerRater, Cars.com, Edmunds, Yelp, and Cargurus
- Negative review and comment management in direct partnership with Widewail customers
- Email and phone communications with clients in support of their online reputation
- Recommending ways in which a customer could/should manage difficult situations online
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar field is preferred, but not required.
Skills and Experience
- The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of copywriting experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - proper use of grammar and spelling is an absolute must
- Familiarity with SEO and best practices for website content development
- Understanding of online reputation management and common review sites
- Minimum of one year of content writing experience
- Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Customer-service-first attitude
Preferred skills:
- The ability to communicate effectively in Spanish is highly desirable.
Compensation:
40-50k Depending on experience
