What You Get to Do:

  • Support the graphic art process for a wide range of softgoods driven art and graphic-related projects (all over print fabrics, placed graphics for tees, trim, and logo design, etc)
  • Work closely within the softgoodsteam to drive creativity, innovation, and inspiration within graphic-driven collections relating to the overarching creative direction
  • Be a key member of the allgoodsArt Dept, a collective of hardgoods, softgoods, and winter protection designers that drive the art & graphicdirection for the season
  • Partner with:
    • Design counterparts to ensure graphic assets follow along with the seasonal category, color, and material direction
    • Merchandising to ensure the design meets the categorical business needs
    • CMF/materialsto concept new print and graphic techniques, as well as approve downstream strikeoffsand trim artworks for quality, scale, and execution
    • Development teams to ensure designs meet margin targets that support brand goals
  • Support designer with proper handover of completed art specs to CMF and development counterparts regarding artwork scale, execution, and color.
  • Creating and maintaining color roundups throughout the product creation cycle
  • Research up-and-coming artists and collaborators for future projects, and look to expand on our global coverage and purpose goals through this process
  • Assist with art and graphics for special projects throughout the year – from brand collabs to rider-driven projects to special events and milestones.
  • Participate in physical (as opposed to solely digital) artwork creation on a seasonal basis
  • Work as part of a cross-functional team to build out go-to-market assets that visually tell the story of seasonal graphic direction
  • Engage with riders at all levels (from pros to weekend warriors) to better connect to the needs of the rider and stay on top of the ever-changing culture within snowboarding
  • Learn and grow as an artist and designer under an experienced team of design professionals
  • “Have as much fun as possible”

What You'll Bring to The Team:

  • A degree from an art/design-related program(please note this is NOT a UX role)
  • Exceptional skills in awide range of artistic methods, from hand sketching and painting to sculptural and mixed-media practices
  • Ability to work on projects with multiple timelines and remain calm under pressure
  • Self-motivator who can work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Expertise in the use of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • A consistently curious spirit that is always looking to learn and grow from other perspectives

The hiring range for this role is $54,000-$58,000, depending on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, and available budget. Please note that the range details above reflect the base pay only and do not include any potential bonus and other benefits that we offer.
