We are looking for a highly organized and motivated student to support the hiring of student workers on campus. The candidate must be able to continue working next fall as well, arriving to campus in late August to assist during our peak hiring season.

This is a Middlebury student Level B position paying $14.95 per hour.

Core Responsibilities

• Hire student employees in our Workable HR software
• Communicate with Hiring Managers
• Create and post student positions in Workable HR software
• Upload employee documents into Oracle
• Basic data entry
• Maintain clean and orderly work area

• Must be able to continue working next Fall, arriving early to campus in late August to assist with student hiring

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of reliability
• Ability to learn new computer programs quickly
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to take direction
• Desire to take initiative and work independently
• Must sign and adhere to our office confidentiality agreement
