What We Do:
We work with individual contractors (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing and more), Private Equity Firms, National Franchise Brands, Marketing Agencies, CRMs, and outbound marketing tools to configure, connect, and visualize relevant data and KPIs from lead to revenue to help those businesses quantify performance and find areas for meaningful improvement.
We work with some of the most recognizable brands in the space with thousands of users leveraging our platform to make better and more informed decisions for their businesses.
About the Role
We are seeking a data-driven, strategic, and hands-on Marketing Expert with deep expertise in Paid Search strategies and data analytics to join our Enterprise team.
As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will design and present high-impact digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
This full-time role blends strategic consulting with operational excellence and performance marketing while working closely with client stakeholders to optimize and evolve their paid acquisition and marketing efforts.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Product, Operations, and Engineering, ensuring our clients are equipped with the most effective and innovative search marketing strategies in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Leadership

Advise clients on digital campaign structure, keyword targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocations to maximize ROI.

Lead discovery sessions to understand client goals, business models, and campaign objectives.

Develop comprehensive SEM strategies that align with client KPIs across platforms (Google Ads, Bing, YouTube, etc.).

Present new products to support holistic solution set
Data Analysis & Reporting

Consult on campaign metrics and develop insightful performance recommendations.

Proactively identify trends, uncover actionable insights, and translate data into marketing strategies that deliver business impact.

Collaborate with client marketing and operations teams to define tracking requirements and ensure proper attribution.
Client Enablement & Training

Educate and upskill client teams on paid media strategy, platform functionality, and emerging trends.

Serve as the marketing thought partner to clients, guiding them through strategy development and implementation.

Act as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Cross-Functional Partnership

Act as a bridge between the client and internal service teams (e.g., sales, product, engineering, CX).

Provide feedback on platform capabilities and help influence product development through insights from the field.
Required Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on paid search experience in an agency, consultancy, or in-house performance marketing team.

Proven track record of managing 6- to 7-figure monthly budgets across Google Ads, Bing, and Meta.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Tableau, etc.).

Experience working in a consultative or client-facing role, ideally within a Professional Services or agency environment.

Deep understanding of paid media attribution models, performance KPIs, and conversion tracking.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to simplify complex concepts for a range of audiences.

Google Ads Certification and/or other relevant platform certifications.

Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.

Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
