The RoleThe Client Revenue Manager owns the full lifecycle of SearchLight accounts — from platform launch and data integrity through ongoing engagement, adoption, and growth. You're the single thread connecting clients, agencies, and internal teams, ensuring every account delivers clean data, measurable value, and a best-in-class experience. Platform Launch & Data Operations- Own end-to-end account setup — integrations, credentials, data verification, and go-live- Run platform orientation sessions with client and agency teams- Execute structured post-launch reviews covering connection health, attribution accuracy, and data completeness- Flag and resolve data issues (UTMs, call tracking, CRM gaps) before they impact reporting Client Engagement & Growth- Serve as the primary point of contact across client stakeholders- Lead recurring check-ins and performance reviews with data-backed narratives- Drive adoption of Lead Grading, RevSync, and Revenue Summary across your portfolio- Surface expansion opportunities — upsells, bundles, new locations- Champion client feedback into product improvements Operational Excellence- Monitor portfolio health proactively — surface risks before clients escalate- Triage and resolve support issues with clear documentation and business-impact framing- Coordinate across Ops, Engineering, and Product to close open items- Maintain accurate records in internal systems (Coda, onboarding workflows, ticket tracking) What We're Looking For- 1-3 years in a client-facing role in digital marketing, SaaS, martech, or data/analytics- Comfortable with data flows — CRM integrations, call tracking, ad platform connections, UTM structures- Understands retention and adoption as revenue levers- Clear written and verbal communication with clients and engineers- Process rigor — follows checklists, documents thoroughly, flags deviations early- Strong advantage: Google Ads, LSA, Meta, Bing; ServiceTitan, HouseCall Pro, Jobber; CallRail, CTM, WhatConverts Send your resume to lucas@searchlightdigital.io, or click Apply below to open a pre-filled email.Apply >
