Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience) | A bachelor’s degree in a related field and two to four years related experience in employee engagement/development, career counseling/coaching, employee development, or related area. Demonstrated experience building programs or resources related to career development. Skilled in resume development, interviewing, goal setting, and early career coaching. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail. Demonstrated multicultural competence and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment. |
Desirable Qualifications | Strong preference for business administration, communications, human resources, counseling, or education degrees. Strong presentation skills. |
Anticipated Pay Range | 60,000-65,000 |
