| Posting Summary | Perform installation, maintenance, design, diagnostic and logistics to support data/voice/video communications network. Configure and troubleshoot complex high speed switch networks. Reports to the Telecommunications Systems Manager. |
| Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience) | Associates degree and/or three years’ experience installing and troubleshooting LAN devices in a large network. Knowledge of Cisco switching architecture, security practices and a thorough knowledge of router configuration. Knowledge of fiber optics, LAN, wireless design technology and telephony networks testing equipment is also required. |
